BUT NOT ONLY DID THEY JUST WANT TO WATCH CAITLIN CLARK IN THE FEVER, THEY WANTED THEIR AUTOGRAPHS TOO. AND GUESS WHO WAS LINED UP TO MAKE SURE THAT THEY GOT TO MEET CAITLIN CLARK AND REALLY GET A MEMORABILIA FROM HER? WAS THE BRAZILIAN NATIONAL TEAM. THEY WERE ALL SIGNING AUTOGRAPHS AFTER THE GAME. THE KIDS WANTED SOME ACTION FROM CAITLIN CLARK. THE FANS, EVERYBODY. HER OLD TEAMMATES WERE HERE CHEERING HER ON. CAITLIN CLARK SAID BEFORE THE GAME THAT SHE DIDN’T EXPECT THEIR TEAM TO TRAVEL TO A COLLEGE CAMPUS THIS SOON, BUT PRESIDENT DID MAKE IT HAPPEN. WAS ABLE TO GET THE FEVER HERE AT CARVER-HAWKEYE ARENA. CAITLIN SAID. SHE WAS STOKED FOR IT, BUT EVEN MORE STOKED, OF COURSE, WERE THE FANS FREAKING OUT RIGHT NOW? YEAH, IT’S SO EXCITING. I JUST FOUND OUT MY PARENTS GOT TICKETS, SO I WAS SO EXCITED. IT’S LIKE BEING AT A IS SO EXCITING. IT’S AMAZING. I THINK IT’S REALLY GOOD FOR OUR FANS THAT MIGHT NOT HAVE A CHANCE TO GO SEE US PLAY IN THE W AT A CERTAIN CITY, WHETHER IT’S, YOU KNOW, CLOSEST ONE TO HERE IS PROBABLY CHICAGO AND THAT’S STILL THREE HOURS OR MINNESOTA. AND ALSO SEE A TEAM THEY’VE PROBABLY WATCHED ON TV QUITE A FEW TIMES. AND YOU KNOW I’VE TOLD MY TEAMMATES, YOU KNOW THEY’RE GOING TO BE HERE CHEERING FOR ME. YES. The Fever host All-Star weekend, which starts Friday, July 18 with the 3-point and skills competitions, among other festivities, followed by the 21st WNBA All-Star Game on Saturday, July 19.
