Colorado woman shocked to discover at least 10 snakes crawling in walls of newly purchased home
A Colorado woman's first home purchase took a shocking turn — after at least 10 snakes were discovered crawling in the home and in its walls.
Amber Hall that the home seemed to have everything she wanted: It has four bedrooms and two bathrooms – and it has a yard.
Preparing to buy it wasn't easy.
"Lots and lots of saving and work and time," the 42-year-old told the TV station.
It started when Hall's dog found a snake in the garage. But that was only the start. They have since found 10 snakes in the home.
A snake wrangler who was hired said a den is likely somewhere under the home – and the snakes have likely been there for at least two years.
"This is my first home. I've worked my whole life for it. And I can't enjoy it. My kids can't enjoy it. I'm scared to death," Hall said.
