Police are asking drivers to expect delays and keep an eye out for emergency vehicles. Rain continues to linger out west throughout the morning commute, but metro drivers will likely continue to see dry conditions on the roads. As of 7:30 a.m., the Iowa Department of Transportation is not reporting any incidents or delays, and drive times are normal.
