IN CONWAY. A HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY FOR ONE FAMILY OF DUCKS. TWO PEOPLE WHO NOTICE AN UPSET BIRD PACING AROUND A STORM DRAIN SAW THAT HER DUCKLINGS HAD FALLEN INSIDE. FIRST RESPONDERS PULLED OFF THE COVER, CLIMBED INSIDE AND PULLED THE DUCKLINGS TO SAFETY. THEY RELEASED THEM BACK TO MOM, WHO TOOK HER FAMILY SAFELY TO THE WOODS. WELL, IT WAS A BEAUTIFUL DAY FOR THAT. I’M SO HAPPY IT WAS SUNNY OUT SO THEY SAW THE MOM WHO WAS SCARED, RIGHT? AND A HAPPY ENDING THERE

First responders in Conway, New Hampshire, rescued a group of ducklings from a storm drain on Mother's Day.The Conway Police and Fire departments were called to the scene after two people noticed a duck pacing near the storm drain. Her ducklings had fallen inside. Officials removed the storm drain cover, climbed in and pulled the ducklings to safety.The ducklings were later reunited with their mother, who led them into the nearby woods.
