A good Samaritan came to the aid of a man struggling in the water at Quarry Lake Park in Wisconsin on Saturday.The Racine Co. Sheriff’s department says that they received a call around 4:36pm that a man was screaming and couldn’t keep his head above water. The caller believed the man was stuck on something.A good Samaritan went into the water and pulled the man out. He, along with a City of Racine officer performed CPR. The 23-year-old victim was transported to Ascension Health Care before being taken by Froedtert. The good Samaritan sustained minor injuries while rescuing the victim. He was snagged by a four-inch fishing lure with treble hooks that went into his arm.
