Iowa House lawmakers passed a bill that allows landowners whose property is subject to eminent domain to request a constitutional review by the Polk County District Court.House File 2664 passed on an 86-7 vote.If the court process in Polk County takes longer than a year and a half, landowners can ask a district judge in another county to review their case. House File 2664 passed on an 86-7 vote.
