Iowa State's CyTown development near Jack Trice Stadium has its first tenant.The ISU Athletic Department says McFarland Clinic has agreed to move into the multi-use development.The McFarland Clinic project is expected to break ground in the summer of 2024. The new clinic will offer primary and specialty care as well as urgent care.The plan must be approved by the Iowa Board of Regents before it can proceed.
