Iowa State down two kickers ahead of its game vs. Arizona
WE’LL GET YOU THE HIGHLIGHTS OF THAT ONE. DO NOT WORRY. WHERE WOULD IOWA STATE BE WITHOUT KYLE CONRADI? IT’S A QUESTION THAT CYCLONE FANS PROBABLY DON’T WANT TO IMAGINE, BUT IT’S GOING TO BE A REALITY FOR THE FORESEEABLE FUTURE. CONRADI IS EXPECTED TO MISS AT LEAST THE NEXT FEW WEEKS WITH A LOWER BODY INJURY, AND THAT INJURY BUG GOES DEEPER IN THE KICKER ROOM BECAUSE THE BACKUP, JACE GILBERT IS OUT ALSO. SO THE CYCLONES ARE GOING TO RELY ON THE LEG. A FRESHMAN WALK ON CHASE SMITH, MATT CAMPBELL’S GOT BELIEF IN THE FORMER NORTH SCOTT LANCER. HE’S KICKED ALREADY A BUNCH THIS YEAR. SO YOU KNOW I THINK HE’S HAD WHAT I THINK HE’S KICKED OFF TWO GAMES RIGHT. DIDN’T HE KICK OFF THE WHOLE SOUTH DAKOTA GAME. HE KICKED OFF THE WHOLE GAME LAST WEEK. YOU KNOW KICKED OFF AGAINST IOWA. AND THEN YOU KNOW HE’S BEEN THE POINT SCORER AND SOME EXTRA POINTS. SO GOT A LOT OF CONFIDENCE IN HIM. AND AGAIN HE’S DONE A GREAT JOB WHEN HIS NUMBERS GOTTEN CALLED. AND REALLY BEEN A GREAT SURPRISE FOR US. YEAH HE HASN’T KICKED A FIELD GOAL THIS YEAR. CYCLONES ARIZONA BATTLE OF UNBEATEN 6:00 O
