Iowa State climbs to No. 11 in AP Top 25 poll
The Iowa State Cyclones have jumped to the No. 11 spot alongside Notre Dame in the College Football AP Top 25 poll after their 43-21 win over Baylor in Ames on Saturday night.
The Cyclones were previously in the No. 16 spot.
Iowa State is now 2-0 in the Big 12 and 5-0 overall, the Cyclones' best start since 1980.
This week, Iowa State heads to Morgantown to face off with West Virginia (2-0 in Big 12, 3-2 overall)
While not in the Top 25, the Iowa Hawkeyes (1-1 in Big Ten, 3-2 overall) are continuing to receive votes (8).
The Hawkeyes, coming off a 35-7 loss at Ohio State, will host Washington this Saturday.
