Spotty showers are possible in northeast Iowa through the day, but the rest of the state should stay dry — just breezy. Northwest winds will gust near 30 mph at times, and temperatures won't rise past the 70s.
Higher up, another plume of smoke looks to travel down from Manitoba Monday into Monday night. For now, most of this haze should remain aloft.
