One of the former executives of a tech company amid a scandal sparked by an embarrassing video from a Coldplay concert in Massachusetts this summer has filed for divorce.

Coldplay frontman Chris Martin teased the two about their reaction to the "kiss cam" moment.
"Either they're having an affair or they're really shy," Martin said.
As the video spread, internet sleuths soon identified Cabot and Byron. There was much speculation about the nature of their relationship and, within days, they left the company.
According to WMUR's review of court paperwork, Cabot filed for divorce from her husband, Privateer Rum CEO Andrew Cabot, in Portsmouth Circuit Court in New Hampshire on Aug. 13.
The divorce proceedings are still ongoing. A conference in the case is scheduled for the end of November.
