One of the former executives of a tech company who resigned amid a scandal sparked by an embarrassing video from a Coldplay concert in Massachusetts this summer has filed for divorce.Sister station WMUR reported that Kristin Cabot filed a petition for divorce from her husband.Cabot was the chief people officer and Andy Byron was CEO of New York-based Astronomer on July 16, when Coldplay frontman Chris Martin was highlighting people in the crowd on a big screen at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough. When the camera turned to Kristin Cabot and Andy Byron, they reacted with embarrassment. "Either they're having an affair or they're really shy," Martin said.As the video spread, internet sleuths soon identified Cabot and Byron. There was much speculation about the nature of their relationship and, within days, they left the company.According to WMUR's review of court paperwork, Cabot filed for divorce from her husband, Privateer Rum CEO Andrew Cabot, in Portsmouth Circuit Court in New Hampshire on Aug. 13.The divorce proceedings are still ongoing. A conference in the case is scheduled for the end of November.
