Two female bodies recovered from Missouri River along Iowa border
Two female bodies were recovered at NP Dodge Park on Tuesday, according to officials.
Laiana Green, Lah K Tray Moo and Eh Cress Moo were while fishing April 15. Family said Ehtheyu Paw was able to make it back to shore.
Battalion Chief Coby Werner told KETV that the bodies were found within a "couple hundred yards" of each other around 10 a.m. near the Omaha Public Power District plant on John J. Pershing Drive.
"The coroner's office is working with the families to identify the bodies," Werner said.
Authorities have not confirmed if the bodies recovered Tuesday were those of the missing girls yet. Werner said they are hoping to identify the bodies by this evening.
The body of Lah K Tray Moo was , her family told KETV.

Multiple agencies have been searching the river since the girls went missing on April 15.
"All agencies have been out here tirelessly every single day," Werner said. "We haven't take a single day off in two weeks looking for the bodies. So not only is this hopefully bring some closure to the families — obviously a horribly tragic incident, but hopefully bring some closure to the families, but also to the responders."
