The drink's previous owner, VNGR Beverage LLC, has settled a class action lawsuit that claimed the sparkling libation was improperly marketed as "gut healthy."
Court records show the company did not admit to any sort of wrongdoing in the settlement, but will refund nearly $9 million to the public.
The settlement allows refunds for anyone who purchased any flavor or package size of Poppi beverages between Jan. 23, 2020, and July 18, 2025.
The agreement calls for consumers to receive applicable refunds, including $3 for each 4-pack and $6 for each 8-pack.
A $16 reimbursement cap was placed for consumers without proof of purchase.
