New video has also surfaced, appearing to show Floyd pleading with officers, telling them he can't breathe this new footage emerging the same day the governor of Minnesota addressed nights of unrest that have gripped cities in his state. I understand clearly there is no trust in many of our communities, he urged protesters to act peacefully. Moving forward will not. But I'm asking you to help us help us use humane way to get the streets to a place where we can restore the justice so that those that are expressing rage and anger and demanding justice are hurt. The governor also assured the community they will see justice served for all four officers involved in Floyd's death.
