Report: Iowa's 2020 Senate race ranked second most expensive in US history
A new report shows that Iowa's 2020 senate race is going down as the second most expensive Senate race in United State's history.

Seven U.S. Senate races this election cycle are breaking records. Iowa's Senate race between Republican Sen. Joni Ernst and Democratic challenger Theresa Greenfield is raking in $195 million in advertising money.
The report goes on to say that Theresa Greenfield's campaign has spent $37 million while Ernst's campaign has spent $11 million.
The No. 1 spot goes to North Carolina's 2020 Senate race at $242 million. The other record breaking Senate races this year are Arizona, Montana, South Carolina, Maine and Georgia.
