Here's what to know about everything from price-matching to return policies as you shop summer's biggest sales this week.
Which stores do price-matching?
Price-matching policies vary by retailer.
"Some retailers will offer price matching. If you are to buy an item and then find it on discount later, they will adjust the price in order to match that new price," said Jessica Teich, director of editorial commerce and product reviews at .
Target will match the price of identical items priced lower through a Target Circle deal, on Target.com, Amazon or at Walmart, but price matches must be requested at time or purchase or within 14 days after purchase.

Best Buy also offers price-matching on identical items purchased in store and online. For the full price-matching policy, click .
Walmart has different price-matching policies for its website and in-store purchases.
For in-store purchases, Walmart will match the price of an identical item advertised on Walmart.com.
For purchases from Walmart.com, Walmart does not offer price-match with competitors, in-store prices or previous sale prices from its website.
Amazon also does not offer price-matching, Teich said.
"Amazon does not partake in that, but if you do happen to find the item on sale lower on Amazon later in the event, you could always return the item and then repurchase it at the lower price. So just make sure that you're checking the return policy before you purchase."
