Travis Kelce isn't slowing down with his work off the field despite the fact that NFL season is back in full swing.The Kansas City Chiefs tight end just nabbed two new movie roles. Kelce will reportedly take his first leading man role in the upcoming action-comedy "Loose Cannons," according to Variety. Variety said this new production "centers on two unhinged cops who are paired with one another as an effort to straighten them both out.""John Wick" director Chad Stahelski is set to produce the movie, with Tim Dowling of "Role Models" and "Just Go With It" set to write it. And that's not all.Adam Sandler announced on "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon" on Tuesday that Kelce will make a cameo in the upcoming "Happy Gilmore 2" film."We have a nice something for Travis," Sandler said during the interview. "He's going to come by and he's a very nice guy. You guys would love him in real life. What a big, handsome guy."Sandler, the comedy genius himself, called Kelce "funny as hell" during the appearance. We know Kelce's "Are you Smarter than a Celebrity" game show will premiere on Amazon Prime on Oct. 16. The reboot of "Are You Smarter than a 5th Grader" game show franchise will feature adult contestants who rely on a classroom of celebrities to answer elementary-level questions.And we'll see him this fall as part of "Grotesquerie," the latest series from "American Horror Story" creator Ryan Murphy. So, in addition to "Catching Kelce" on the field with Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes and with his girlfriend, pop star Taylor Swift, in the crowd, it seems like we'll be seeing him plenty off the field as well.
