IOWA’S NEWS LEADER. SOME FOLKS IN AMES WILL HAVE THEIR WATER SHUT OFF TONIGHT SO CREWS CAN MAKE REPAIRS. A LEAKING WATER VALVE IS BEING FIXED AT THE INTERSECTION OF SOUTH DUFF AVENUE AND CRYSTAL STREET. WORK THERE STARTS AT SEVEN. WATER SERVICE WILL BE SHUT DOWN AT TEN. CRYSTAL STREET WILL ALSO BE CLOSED AT SOUTH DUFF. THE CITY SAYS THE WATER SHUT OFF WILL AFFECT THE SOUTH DALE AND BRICKTOWN NEIGHBORHOODS. WA

Some Ames residents will have their water shut off tonight so crews can make repairs.A leaking water valve is being fixed at the intersection of South Duff Avenue and Crystal Street. Work was scheduled to start at 7 p.m. with water service stopped at 10. Some Ames residents will have their water shut off tonight so crews can make repairs.
A leaking water valve is being fixed at the intersection of South Duff Avenue and Crystal Street. Work was scheduled to start at 7 p.m. with water service stopped at 10.
