It will be connected via skywalk to Hilton Coliseum.Outdoor spaces including a replica of the Jack Trice Stadium field and a playground for kids called "Cy's House" are in the works, too.Pollard says construction is expected to last from 2025 through 2027, with a plan to have CYTown "up and running" by fall 2027. Goldenrod, the developer with whom a contract was approved last month, will spend the next few months vetting contractors and contacting possible tenants for restaurants and retail spaces.
