One or two thunderstorms remain possible in central Iowa this evening, but the threat of widespread heavy rain is now over.
The Flood Watch previously issued through Monday has been cancelled, except in eastern Iowa.
Most storms overnight will be in Missouri. Any downpours that pop up in Iowa tonight will be fairly isolated.

Tomorrow brings the renewed chance of rain.
Some scattered showers and a few non-severe storms will develop from mid-morning into the afternoon hours as a pulse of energy currently over Colorado rides the winds aloft into Iowa. The highest chance of rain Monday will be in southern Iowa. One or two funnel clouds could develop as well, similar to today.
Otherwise, expect some morning clouds, then partial clearing during the afternoon. Highs will be in the low 80s.
Higher up in the atmosphere, some more wildfire smoke will drift over Iowa Monday into Tuesday. This haze is currently reducing air quality over Montana and the Dakotas.
Smoke aside, the pattern shift Tuesday will draw a boundary across Iowa. For now, the chance of a pop-up shower looks very minimal.
Overall, sunshine will set up shop over the state Tuesday through Thursday.
By later this week, temperatures will creep back up toward 90°. We'll be right on the edge of a high-pressure ridge, so storm systems skirting around that ridge could clip Iowa with more rain starting Friday into the weekend.
