The event's organizers later posted *** statement on the incident saying multiple cars were damaged and they were taking steps to reduce similar risks, also saying, quote, We will always do everything we can to help further the safety of this great sport we all love. Another love of extreme sports led to *** rescue operation in California. When officials were called to the scene of *** skydiver stuck in some power lines, the skydiver's parachute got tangled in the lines and left the man dangling and waiting for help. KOVR says rescuers coordinated with local utility companies to secure the power lines, and the skydiver was safely brought down. Crews say the man suffered only minor injuries and not, you know, more shocking ones. Finally, more people helping people, namely heroic WLS Chicago reporter Christian Picos, who put *** live lakefront report on hold when he saw *** cyclist collide with *** runner. Oh shoot.
