Mystique Ro aims for Olympic debut after successful 2025 season

Mystique Ro aims for Olympic debut after successful 2025 season
Before the sliding events get back on track this winter, the athletes used the summer months as an opportunity for recovery. That includes American slider Mystique Rowe, who battled injury during her latest season in the International bobsled and Skeleton Federation. I'm coming off of *** knee extension, *** hyperextension I did last October, so it's coming on pretty good and some rehab and some using the sports med facilities here. It's been really great to help with that. That hyperextension, which occurred just weeks before the start of the IBSF. The World Cup tour failed to slow her down. Rowe posted the best IBSF World Championship performance in her career. She earned two medals, *** silver in the individual women's race and *** gold in the Knicks team competition. It's very reassuring. It's, it's knowing that we have *** good system and trusting the coaches and staff that we have *** plan, and even though things might have had *** rocky start, that it, um, ended where it needed to, we have good momentum going to Olympic year. Rose says she felt right at home in the 2025 World Championships, competing at Lake Placid's Mount Vanhonberg. I felt more relaxed, honestly, I felt more comfortable. Like, obviously I'm very familiar with the track, but also I had people who've been supporting me from day one and gave me *** place to work, give me some stability when I needed it. After earning her first set of medals in the IBSF, Rowe was working to add her first Olympics to her resume. That would be really awesome, and *** big childhood dream being realized, so I'm very excited and hopefully be there in Cortina. Then, while there, earned her first set of medals as *** part of Team USA. On the road to Milan Cortina, I'm Eric Kerr.
