The Pet Alliance of Greater Orlando, concerned that shelters often struggled to get certain breeds of dogs adopted, has worked for months to better the odds -- removing breed designations from adoption information, enlisting landlords to end breed bans, and, more recently, by sorting dogs according to a Harry Potter-themed personality system.
