INVESTIGATION. HE HEARD A BIG CRASH KIND OF LIKE A CAR CRASH AND WE ASSUMED IT WAS A CAR CRASH. AND WE OUR HOUSE IS ALL RIGHT OVER THERE AND WE PEEPED OVER THE FENCE AND WE JUST SEE THIS PLANE SITTING IN THE DRIVEWAY. PLANE FLEW OVER HOMES AND CARS JUST MOMENTS OF FOUR IT CRASHED. THIS IS ALL UNIVERSITY BOULEVARD NEAR EAST NORTH ECON TRAIL IN ORLANDO. THERE’S CRASH WAS ALL CAUGHT ON CAMERA BY DRIVERS WEST WHO’S ANIKA. HOPE HAS BEEN AT THE SCENE ALL DAY LONG AND ANIKA SHUT DOWN PARTS OF THE ROAD FOR HOURS TODAY. AND HOURS LATER UNIVERSITY BOULEVARD IS FINALLY COMPLETELY REOPENED AFTER TEAMS MOVED THIS PLANE FROM THE DRIVEWAY THAT PILOT CRASHED INTO HE NARROWLY MISSED CARS AND PEOPLE BELOW AND WEDGE THIS PLANE RIGHT IN BETWEEN THESE TWO COLUMNS. THERE WAS A CRASH ON UNIVERSITY BOULEVARD IN ORLANDO THURSDAY AFTERNOON, BUT THERE WAS NO CAR WRECK. DOWN THE FLAME IS COMING THIS WAY. I KIND OF HIT THE ROAD ROLLED OVER LAND IN THE DRIVEWAY AND IT’S ALL VERY CRAZY. AMANDA SCUBEN AND RAYA COLLINS WERE DRIVING WHEN THEY NOTICED A LOW FLYING PLANE ALL THE SENATE STARTED LIKE DROP AND THEN THAT’S WHEN WE WERE LIKE, OH MY GOD. HARRY MASON WAS ON THE PHONE AS SHE DROVE UNDERNEATH THE PLANE’S DANGEROUS PATH. OH MY GOSH. LET ME HANG UP WITH YOU AND I PULLED OVER TO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD. THAT’S SMALL PLANE CRASHED INTO A DRIVEWAY IN AN AREA SURROUNDED BY HOMES. IT’S NOT LIKE A REALLY LOUD BANG LIKE A PRETTY MUCH A DUMP TRUCK CRUSHING IT SOMETHING AND THEN FOLLOW THAT I LOOKED AT HIM LIKE HEY, DID YOU HEAR THAT? AND THEN WE HEARD SOME SCREAMING, YOU KNOW, WHAT YOUR COMMOTION WE’RE LIKE, OKAY, LET’S CHECK THIS OUT, FLORIDA HIGHWAY PATROL SAID THE PLANE HAD A MECHANICAL FAILURE AND THE PILOT HAD TO LAND IT QUICKLY THIS MAN FROM LONGWOOD TOLD US. HE WAS THE PILOT AND THAT HE TURNED OUT OKAY, LOTS OF THINGS RUN THROUGH YOUR MIND WHEN YOU’RE YOU KNOW, SEE SOMETHING LIKE THAT IS THE PLANE GOING TO EXPLODE. IS IT GOING TO START ON FIRE IT IS HE GONNA HIT ANOTHER VEHICLE FIREFIGHTER SAID SOMEHOW EVEN THOUGH IT WAS ALMOST RUSH HOUR IN A BUSY PART OF TOWN IN A CROWDED AREA REALLY FORTUNATE AND I’M GLAD THAT THE MAN ALIVE EVERYONE’S REALLY LUCKY. WE’VE LEARNED THAT THE FEDERAL AVIATION AUTHORITY IN THE NATIONAL TRANSPORTATION SAFETY BOARD WILL BE INVESTIGATING THIS CRASH FURTHER, BUT CLEARLY LOTS OF PEOPLE AROUND HERE. The pilot sustained minor injuries, police said. But no one else was hurt.

The National Aquarium returned two Kemp's ridley sea turtles, Bassoon and Cello, to the ocean.

Bassoon and Cello came to the aquarium suffering from varying injuries and pneumonia that required a variety of treatments, from acupuncture to physical therapy.

Both turtles made a full recovery and were returned to their ocean home.
